The Cooking Academy "Castel di Pietra" was born in 2004 in Pietramontecorvino(FG) from the passion and experience of its founders. It was born from the idea of creating a structure where to unite the tradition of typical Italian cuisine and contemporaneity, all united with a precise will: that of making known the typical products and the excellences of the national territory, thus a new way of approaching training was born from the continuous contact with the professional realities and associations of the restaurant sector.
The academy is located in the Palazzo Ducale of the Montaltodi Toccofamily, the Norman-Swabianera structure is located in the wonderful medieval historic center, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Palazzo Ducalehosts receptions for Wedding and Events in its largest hall and hanging gardens, in addition to hosting the Cooking Academy.
The Cooking School represents a communication and promotion tool, through new courses and new collaborations in the Food sector throughout the national and international territory.
The Professional Cooking Courses aim to provide high-level preparation on Italian Cuisine, they are aimed at cooking enthusiasts and established Chefs from all over the country and abroad.
Making use of the collaboration of renowned professionals, "Castel di Pietra" specializes not only in the field of Training but also in the Wedding and Events sectors. It initiates promotional actions with companies and producers in the agribusiness sector through show cooking activities and master classes.
