The course is aimed at a maximum of No. 10 participants, the trainee will have a handout and a cookbook, at the end of the course will be issued a certificate of participation. The Course includes: no. 12 hours of cooking workshop training where, the participants, under the direction of well-known chefs in the province of Foggia will actively participate in practical lessons, during which, in addition to the presence of the teacher, the students will be supported by a tutor/interpreter and a workshop assistant; no. 4 afternoon guided tours; no. 2 tourist excursions; transportation to and from the airport, to and from the hotel, and at the locations identified for the guided tours; insurance; room and board with accommodation in a single room 4-star hotel.

The "Course" includes a period of training and guided tours lasting 1 week (6 days) for a total duration of No. 12 hours of training within the academy's kitchen workshop. The activities will be carried out during weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., thus allowing participants to visit and enjoy in their free time the historical-cultural natural-environmental and enogastronomicheritage of the Capitanataand Apulia territory. The classes will be held at the Castelodi PietraAcademy, the venue is inside the Ducal Palace that stands at the center of the medieval village of Pietramontecorvino. The fully usable complex, which dates back to the 15th century, has been completely renovated and repurposed into some rooms for training activities
