The Course
The course is aimed at a maximum of No. 10 participants, the trainee will have a handout and a cookbook, at the end of the course will be issued a certificate of participation. The Course includes: no. 12 hours of cooking workshop training where, the participants, under the direction of well-known chefs in the province of Foggia will actively participate in practical lessons, during which, in addition to the presence of the teacher, the students will be supported by a tutor/interpreter and a workshop assistant; no. 4 afternoon guided tours; no. 2 tourist excursions; transportation to and from the airport, to and from the hotel, and at the locations identified for the guided tours; insurance; room and board with accommodation in a single room 4-star hotel.
