The course

This is the course for those who want to enter the world of Catering but do not have adequate experience in the field. It is theideal choice for those who have attended a high school, technical institute, university. This course is preparatory to the "Advanced Course in Italian Cuisine."

Entry Requirements

High school diploma; Age between 18 and 40.

Duration

2 months for 360 hours of class time. Five days a week, 6 to 8 hours a day.

Educational Program

The program focuses on basic knowledge of Italian cooking namely: Raw materials used in Italian cooking; practical cutting techniques; basic cooking techniques; demonstration and practical classes; HCCP; Educational visits to companies.

Final Verifications

Final test of learning verification with issuance of certificate of attendance to the Culinary Technician Course issued by Castel di Pietra. The course provides the basic technical preparation to enter the working world.
